The Watson Foundation and its partners will continue to provide the following services throughout the Metro Atlanta area on a case by case basis:

• Resettlement assistance for Haiti's earthquake victims in Metro Atlanta.

• Pathway to home ownership programs for first time homebuyers.

• Wheelchair bound individuals with stair lift installations and home modifications

•  Foreclosure prevention and lender assistance programs for homeowners.

• Sponsor of public forums for political and educational input empowerment.

• Resource for home energy assistance and weatherization programs for the elderly.

• Budget planning and financial counseling workshops.

• Support network for at-risk youths and victims of sexual abuse.

• Scholarship sponsors for disadvantaged graduating high school seniors.

• Inspirational and Motivational Speaking for various support groups.

• Strategic Fundraising for charitable causes.

We intend to help provide affordable housing for low and moderate income people. It is not where you start in trying to rebuild one’s life, but rather where you finish.
